Fits true to size. I wear a size 12 in women and I ordered a XL and it fits perfectly. Not too tight. Has some stretch to it. Nice to wear on cool days not cold days b/c of the mesh material it’s not meant to keep you warm but it does feel good on in cool weather. And of course it’s good to wear after exercising. I do wear mine casually though with a nice shirt & jeans or joggers. It’s versatile wearable!
