This is an off-label review - but having recently lost my hair to chemo, I've struggled with finding a way to keep my head and ears warm while sleeping, and have found beanies and caps of all kinds uncomfortable (either my ears hurt from being trapped in the cap, or they are cold). This hoodie is perfect. It doesn't bunch up around my throat, it stays put, it isn't tight, and the hood seam (flat-seam construction) is slightly off set so it doesn't make a line on the back of my head.
